Our Commitment
AccessStack is committed to fair treatment of all customers. Because we sell digital goods that are delivered instantly, our refund policy is specific but fair.
When You Qualify for a Refund
- Non-delivery: If you were charged but no service was delivered to your dashboard, you receive a full refund to your AccessStack wallet within 24 hours.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate is refunded immediately.
- Technical failure: If our system error caused an incorrect charge, we will refund in full.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Services successfully delivered to your dashboard (credentials provided)
- VPN accounts that have been activated and used
- Proxy credentials that have been accessed
- Wallet funds already spent on services
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address
- The service you purchased
- Screenshot of the issue
- Date and time of purchase
We respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
Wallet Refunds
All refunds are issued to your AccessStack wallet balance, not to your bank account or card. Wallet funds can be used for any future purchase on the platform.
