By using AccessStack (https://accessstack.co), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

AccessStack provides a platform for purchasing digital services including VPN subscriptions, proxies, social media accounts, RDP servers, and Google Voice numbers. All services are delivered digitally to your dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AccessStack. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AccessStack services for:

Violation of this policy results in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Payments & Wallet

All transactions are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Wallet funds are non-refundable once credited unless a delivery failure occurs. Payments are processed by Korapay (CBN-licensed).

5. Delivery

Digital services are delivered automatically to your dashboard. If delivery fails due to a system error on our end, you will receive a full refund to your AccessStack wallet within 24 hours.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. Generally, delivered digital goods cannot be refunded due to their nature. Exceptions apply for non-delivery.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. AccessStack is not liable for losses due to compromised credentials.

8. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is.” AccessStack is not responsible for how third-party services (VPN providers, proxy networks) perform. We do not guarantee 100% uptime of third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
